Duties & Responsibilities
As part of the student's training program and on the job exposure, the student will work with our office admin1. In providing assistance to employees for their travel needs.
2. Events planning coordination.3. Manage and schedule local transport needs during meetings and or events.4. Manage supplies for office needs and other consumables
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
A graduate of 3 or four year course related to office administrationExcellent communications skills in both speaking and written (in English).
Must have strong interpersonal skillsCan work with the teamKnowledgeable in MS Office
