  • 2.Act as a liaison between the IT Development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and / or enhancements of existing systems;
  • 3.Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements;
  • 4.Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to current system;
  • 5.Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for the customer and junior members.

    6.Produce a detailed functional specification for custom development and systems integrations requirements and assist development teams in shaping the solution to meet the requirement of the customer.

    7.Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to his teams’ knowledge and experiences.

    8.Produce a detailed functional specification and design for custom development and systems integration requirements and assist development teams in shaping the solution to meet the requirements of the customer.

    9.Take the lead in designing a functional solution based on client requirements

    10.Create test scripts and perform quality assurance testing as required for a specific solution and custom development work.

    11.Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of :

    a.Incident Management

    d.Change Management

    12.Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer

    13.Take the lead in resolving complex functional incidents and problems

    14.Manage functional designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.

    15.Significantly contribute to the development of the Dynamics Capability in your business unit through facilitation of trainings and knowledge sharing initiatives.

    16.Coach and Mentor senior and junior members of the team.

    17.Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.

    18.Provide on-call and weekend project support if necessary, as well as work in shifting hours

    19.To be adapt and work with existing project processes and third party applications.

    20.Provide timely reports to supervisor / manager based on agreed frequency.

    21.Contribute to obtaining higher client satisfaction scores

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • Knowledge of the finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365
  • Demonstrates an understanding of business processes and business practices
  • Previously involved in full life-cycle projects
  • Previously involved in implementation
  • Willingness to travel the client site, as and when required
  • Relevant certifications would be an added advantage
