Electronic Commerce Payments is looking for a Business Analyst - Temporary WFH.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with prospective clients interested in airtime loading and bill payments collection services.
  • Translates client’s business requirements into practical IT projects. Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
  • Determine project / product objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Creates a top-down representation of client’s requirements and processes.
  • Construct user mapping, flowcharts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Set and manage client’s expectation
  • Manage project development from beginning to end
  • Completion of project according to strict deadlines
  • Project completion according to the defined budget
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with clients
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees
  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct project postmortem and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and successful project elements
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a University Degree or College Diploma in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, and Project Management.
  • At least 6 months of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and other related software is a plus.
  • Database experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) is an advantage
  • Competent and proficient understanding of business processes (web applications, API and POS).
  • Technically competent with various software programs MS Office : Excel, Word, Visio, JIRA, confluence, Postman, fiddler, and Balsamiq is an advantage.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
