University degree (or equivilent)
At least 2 years experience within BPO / Call Center industry
At least 1 year experience in Workforce Management
Analytical / data-driven work ethic
Ability to motivate and drive a team of people to provide high level managed services
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to apply creative solutions to resolve challenges
