  • At least 1 year experience in Workforce Management
  • Analytical / data-driven work ethic
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team of people to provide high level managed services
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to apply creative solutions to resolve challenges
