a. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in revenue and profitability.

b. Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all

products.

c. Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product

opportunities to expand the business

d. Owns the development all aspects of product management with the CEO, including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio

development.

e. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.

f. Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales representatives through market research, trend analysis, and

other data mining methodologies and resources.

g. Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal

operating budgets.

h. Recruit, develop, and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and

grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.

i. Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish

and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.

j. Lead cross function integration across field sales and marketing, production, supply chain, and product development.

k. Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.

l. Coordinate with Operations Team prescriptions order details and all account related activities of Accounts, including

assisting inquiries for new formulas.

m. Participates in trade-shows and conferences, representing Management and the Company.

n. Works with the Laboratory and Regulatory Teams to develop appropriate and required sales materials.

o. Maintains knowledge by attending professional and technical educational seminars and workshops; review

publications.

p. Leads the staff in developing strong customer relations.

With Basic Knowledge on the following :

1. Sales Management

2. Marketing Management

3. Product Knowledge

4. Customer Relations

5. Basic Pharmacy Law and other regulatory applications

7. Customer Service

8. Basic Retail Management

9. Advanced computer skills on MS Office

10.Basic Pharmacy Systems and databases

  • With at least 3 years of work experience in Pharma Industry
