We are looking for a Fields Sales Manager to ensure the development of the assigned territory and lead the distributor management team in delivering the set business objectives for a sustainable growth.

A day in the life of...


  • Ensure achievement of agreed KPIs (NPS, OG, Distribution, Quality of Sales, Market Hygiene, Productivity, Merchandising) for the assigned Area / Territory
  • Excellent execution of Cycle Plan Programs from cascade to implementation to liquidation of claims

  • Ensures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibility
  • Ensures that the distributor has the right infrastructure to efficiently cover the assigned territory

  • Conducts regular business reviews to update the distributor in terms of the current performance versus agreed KPI’s
  • Ensures that the distributor adheres to the Distributor Agreement, Nestle Code of Business Conduct, Safety regulations, Government Laws and any policies, standards and procedures provided by Nestle Philippines to our Distributor business partners
  • Takes the lead in engaging the distributor management team in identifying opportunities, ensuring adherence to standards of the different processes within the areas of Sales, HR, Finance and SCM within distributor operations
  • Safeguard the profitability of the distributor in the assigned territory through regular review of the financial statements
  • Ensure that the Nestle Way of Selling is continuously and properly executed at Distributor level through regular coaching sessions with the sales management team
  • What will make you successful

  • Graduate of a college degree
  • Preferably has sales experience or has handled a distributor in the last two years
  • Preferably have exposure / experience in Brand or category management function
  • With good selling / negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
