Job Summary :

Responsible for supporting the Social Media monitoring needs of MBPS.

Key Accountabilities :

  • To actively monitor and engage with all forms of Social Media (e.g. FaceBook, Twitter, etc)
  • To act as one of the key points of contact for social media queries, developing a response process, engaging with potential and existing clients.
  • To work flexibly and carry out additional roles within the Team as may be agreed from time to time
  • Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • To create and analyze reports on different social media platforms
  • To lead a group of Social Media Associates in using Social Media Measurement and Monitoring tools
  • To train new Social Media Associates on their respective roles
  • Provide recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed
  • Communicate to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire :

    The candidate :

  • Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action.
  • Proven working experience in social media
  • Technical Skills :

  • Adept at data collection, summarization and analysis.
  • Has acute numerical, analytical skills and possesses advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to publish, monitor and manage contents through social media platforms
  • Soft skills :

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Extra-miler and constantly pushes the limits of current responsibilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge in project management and process improvement.
  • Can excellently execute and implement plans and programs.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • A willingness to render overtime work as needed.

    Product Specific Knowledge

  • Ability to navigate and monitor Social Media Channels using Sprinklr
  • Ability to navigate and monitor Social Media Channels using Radian6
  • Ability to navigate and monitor different Social Media Channels using their specific platforms
  • Process Specific Knowledge

  • Monitoring Logs, timing and screenshots updates.
  • Monitoring Report generation.
