Reporting for the EMEA Sr. Commercial VP, your main tasks will be :

  • Primarily to be responsible for the compliance and KPI management consistent with the EMEA Sales strategy and standards
  • Develop and execute the channel strategy, Distributor management strategies and sales planning. Personally establish and maintain long term customer relationships with key and target Partners
  • Increase EMEA share in the channel to establish company leadership and sustain business growth. Develop and execute short-
  • and long-term channel business plans. Produce accurate forecasts for channel financial objectives

  • Manage channel assets (people, financial and material) in a manner that meets or exceeds profitability goals
  • Enhance efforts within the Channel to identify, secure and retain customers
  • Build an environment that energizes team members to provide high quality, cost efficient, customer-directed service and exceed channel performance targets
  • Oversee channel financial management following the policies and standards of BR and with a stewardship that creates long-
  • term viability for the channel

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address satisfaction issues that are escalated in a prompt and non-defensive manner
  • Build and lead the channel management team following human resources policies and standards and providing coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member and produce future leaders
  • Act and manage the channel with honesty and integrity, following the highest ethical standards; complies with all local, state and Federal regulations
  • Full responsibility for the Indirect Sales Channel / Partners in the EMEA Region

    Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA or appropriate graduate degree highly desirable
  • Requires at least ten years of sales experience and proven track record managing Indirect Sales / distribution channel partners with a strong focus on Compliance, KPI management and efficiency
