Position : Korean Customer Support Manager

Industry : Online Gaming Company

Salary : P 150,000 NET + P 21,000 NET Allowance

Requirements :

  • Native Korean with good communication skills in English
  • Preferably with managerial experience in any field
  • With customer background is a plus
  • Can able to handle different personalities of people
  • Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle the customer service team
  • Oversee the team daily activities, monitoring assigned task and targets
  • Provide support, coaching, feedback and supervision on the employees
  • Developing and implementing work procedures and identify measures to improve the quality of services of the employees
  • Compiling reports for team's daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assisting the senior management
