As Technical Support for Client Computing, you must have the following qualifications :
Must have expertise in PC hardware and handheld computers (Palm Pilot and iPaq).
Must be knowledgeable in Standard Operating Environment implementation.
Must have generalized knowledge of software purchasing and maintenance.
Must have strong working technical knowledge on desktop operating systems (MS Windows-based), desktop productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Project, Visio), Symantec Anti-Virus.
Must have knowledge in Windows domain logon script - Kix32 scripting language (knowledge of visual basic desirable).
Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional
