Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
Fluent in English and any of the following languages :

Traditional Chinese
Simplified Chinese
Thai
Australian English
Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytical or customer service role desired
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to multi-task under pressure in an ever changing environment
Professional knowledge of Android OS, iOS and Mac OS desired
Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of policy, procedure and workflow changes and evolutions
Be able to work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a close team
Be able to use critical thinking and take initiative on action items
A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages
