  • Providing excellent customer service experience and building rapport to customers
  • Maintain proper records of all the transactions / complaints that have taken place
  • Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately through phone,chat and email
  • Resolves reported issues accurately
  • Provides timely solutions to customer queries
  • Perform other related tasks
  • Requirements :

  • Open for both Local and Foreign National
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesian and English
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work in Online Gaming field and Pasay City
