Makati CityRole Type : Full-time Permanent As the Initiatives Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Business Analysis activity to across all Talent and Culture strategic initiatives.

The incumbent will do this by managing end-to-end process documentation, providing support to writing requirements for key strategic initiatives, leading priorities initiatives and providing project co-

ordination support. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following : Strong business analysis experience and / or related technical experience.

Relevant business degree qualificationsExperience in managing system and UAT testingCan appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.

Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills.

Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. Some domain knowledge of impacted business units.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects.Demonstrated senior stakeholders and customer management ability;
  • ability to influence and be credible with all levels of staff.Highly organised planning skills and strong collaboration;
