Duties :

Ensure the customer satisfaction and set the proper expectations with Customer Support

Respond and acknowledge customer's request and predict the risk and escalations based on customers statement

Handle the high risk escalations and analyze or gather the information to support the customer

Work with Engineers to investigate customer issues

Ensure correct case reporting and trending is in place for account team and customer, enabling conversations, planning, and delivery for ongoing customer operational health.

Must be a degree holder in any course.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies or equivalent.

Customer Service experience is preferred

Can speak, read and write Mandarin fluently
