What will you do in this role?
Working under the supervision of a senior / team leader in Manila you will :
Processes must be completed in a time to meet the relevant payroll deadline within the relevant Country.
Working closely with UK HR Partnering colleagues and making sure that the pay is correct and administered at each stage of the process
What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
You will be ideal for this role if you have knowledge and experience of working within payroll and benefit administration, especially in a shared services set up.
You should have an excellent level of written and spoken English with proven communication skills and good time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible to meet the ever-changing needs and demands within our organisation and within this role.
