What will you do in this role?

Working under the supervision of a senior / team leader in Manila you will :

  • Process HR transactions using HCM Workday for all new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions, secondments, maternity, paternity, unpaid leave, one-time payments, salary deductions.
  • Processes must be completed in a time to meet the relevant payroll deadline within the relevant Country.

  • Produce and manage the associated e-documents for the above transactions by contracts for new hires and letters of variation and terminations for existing employees.
  • Ensure that all new hire processes and checks are complete and set up in time for first day induction
  • Complete and manage all administration tasks for the UK maternity, paternity and parental leave and flexible working requests.
  • Working closely with UK HR Partnering colleagues and making sure that the pay is correct and administered at each stage of the process

  • Run reports for fixed term employees from Workday and contact relevant line managers to arrange contract extensions and / or manage termination processes
  • What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

    You will be ideal for this role if you have knowledge and experience of working within payroll and benefit administration, especially in a shared services set up.

    You should have an excellent level of written and spoken English with proven communication skills and good time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible to meet the ever-changing needs and demands within our organisation and within this role.

    In addition, experience and knowledge or expertise in the following would be desirable and give you and advantage :

  • Knowledge and experience of payroll administration for UK and US or other Countries
  • Knowledge of benefit administration for UK and US or other Countries
  • Experience of using HCM system Workday or other HCM systems
