Administrative Assistant (Australian Accounting Firm) Open for Fresh Graduates (Makati Office)
Our Australian client, Bentleys, a top 10 accounting firm from Australia is looking for an Administrative Assistant with existing experience or a fresh graduate willing to learn and start their career to join their team in Makati.
About the role
As an administrative assistant joining our team, you will be required to support the professional staff of our firm in both the Australian and Manila offices.
The main responsibilities of this role will include :
Compilation of client reports and signing documents using FuseDocs software
Filing of client documents in our electronic client database (Worksite)
Ensuring client files are kept up to date and compliant
Printing and scanning of documents and receipts when required
Management of ATO and ASIC correspondence and applications
Scheduling meetings, and management of outlook calendars for managers
Raising invoices
Basic bookkeeping and data entry
Communication with Australian team members in respect of admin assistance needs
About the Person
You’re warm, honest and genuine and you enjoy being organised. This is an entry level role, though A+ if you have relevant customer service or administration experience.
You use your initiative to stay one step ahead when it comes to administrative taks. You’re comfortable communicating at all levels and you’re authentic.
You can be counted on to skillfully respond to enquries or feedback.
Open to fresh graduates or with a few years of work experience in a similar role
Candiate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or post graduate diploma
Willing to learn and be trained for Australian accounting firm administration tasks
Strong written and verbal English communication skills for communicating with our Australian and Filipino professional staff
Excellent listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective task and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
A positive attitude and the desire to contribute to a high performing team
Strong performance in your tertiary studies
