Qualifications?
Must be at least be a high school graduate (curriculum) or Senior HS grad
With at least 6 months BPO experience or 1year customer service non BPO
With excellent communication skills
Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
Able to multi-task
Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
