Position : TA Researcher

Salary : P25,000 P50,000

Industry : Financial Service

Location : Taguig

Schedule : Midshift (Flexible)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all candidate data is captured and tracked by maintaining the database
  • Responsible for updating weekly reports
  • Be committed to executing processes and communications, ensuring adherence to established Company standards
  • Build talent pipelines with Talent Acquisition teams
  • Identifying candidates through internet searches, name generation, social networking, job boards and the - Applicant Tracking System
  • Create efficient sourcing strategies by collaborating with TA Team and manager

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
  • Proven experience in research
  • Experience in Talent Market Intelligence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing work environment while performing multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in multi-geography recruitment, sourcing, passive candidate engagement preferred
