Job Summary :

Design, create, improve and sustain functional processes which includes design, development, project management and implementation of new tools, solutions and services.

Plan, organize and lead day-to-day service delivery and administration of multiple HR functions. Define, monitor, analyze, report, and provide recommendations based on metrics and trends.

Manage escalations from HR Business Partners and conduct impact analysis on issues that will impact the employees, business and HR Global System.

Partner, collaborate, initiate and facilitate meetings with HR Business Partners, HRIS and other stakeholders. Perform second or third level validation to ensure accuracy of transactions and services.

Lead issue resolution and implementations of long-term action plans.

This position is a leadership role that would require People and Partner management, business support, issue management and people development.

This role will manage the HR Operations Support Team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Attends HR staff meeting to align on the HR direction for the business
  • Manages escalations from HR Business Partners
  • Works closely with HRIS team for data loads and corrections
  • Manages impact process analysis and be able to challenge the work that come through if it is not applicable to the team.
  • Participates in the headcount review board, share business recommendation and carry on action identified
  • Partners with HRSS operations team for operational task and see through actions needed are completed
  • Assigned a Business or subgroup to manage employee profiles from a system management perspective (HR Global system)
  • Manages the daily deliverables of the team and backup system from day to day requirement
  • Regular coaching, helps drives personnel career growth of individuals under his / her support
  • Performs SF transactions as needed based on the agreement derived from the headcount review board
  • Conducts regular audit in HR Global system to ensure data integrity and coordinates actions either to HRSS operations team or the HR Operations Support team
  • Manages HR Projects and other assigned tasks
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.

    S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
