We’ll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is delivered to our customers, through attending to correspondences and reporting performance against quality measures across our call center.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with company systems, processes and procedures, and provide professional first contact resolution of request and complaint handling.
You’ll make decisions on compliance and security issues, working to achieve individual and team targeted key performance indicators.
You have a bachelor’s degree, with experience in a similar role within a global organization. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at using Microsoft Office programs as well as audio / video conferencing facilities.
You will use your multi-tasking skills to produce quality work in a dynamic team environment.
