Sephora is seeking to hire a highly motivated customer service professional to join our Customer Service Team in the Philippines.
Working with customers across South East Asia & Australia / NZ, our Customer Service team supports both our retail and e-
commerce business and plays an important role in delighting our customers through exceptional service provision.
To be the right candidate for us, you will have a passion for customer service and the skills to communicate with customers through both email and phone.
You speak and write English very well. You are engaging and practical, and have a good sense of humour. You stay calm under pressure, and genuinely love helping people and solving their problems.
And ideally you have an interest in beauty, make up and skincare.
You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor, and will be provided with the training you need to excel. This represents an excellent opportunity to join a high growth international retail & e-

Customer Service Associates work on a 9-hour shift schedule, between 6am till 12mn with 2 days off. Shifts will be assigned by the Manager on a monthly basis.
Candidates should be prepared to work on weekends and holidays and overtime is offered when needed.
