Provide Pre-sales consultancy for Datacenter critical infrastructure with special emphasis on Electrical, Thermal, Racks, Power backup and Distribution, Monitoring, and management.
Lead and mentor the technical solutions team towards proposing the solutions best suited for customer expectations spanning design, cost analysis, services, return of investments, TCO, Green Mark Design equipment specifications and system configurations
Collaborate closely with sales team to develop effective proposals for customers and facilitate favorable decisions through timely turnarounds on technical clarifications, enhancement or value engineering efforts
Understand well the comprehensive portfolio of hardware, software and services of Vertiv while being aware of the practical issues faced by different stakeholders designing and operating data centers.
Position Vertiv as the expert in the industry through effective presentations and technical discussions with customers, consultants, partners, and different influencers in the business
Plan and drive the enablement program of Vertiv team members, consulting community and business partners
Monitor and continuously improve on the metrics related to the local technical support teams' efficiency, service levels and performance
Liaise with Asia Pacific and Global Technical / Product teams on introduction and evangelizing of new products and practices adopted by Vertiv in data center environments
Drive and support Country and Reginal level programs to improves sales, productivity and profitability of the country operations
