Job Description :
We are seeking a Junior WordPress Developer responsible for front-end development. This position requires expert programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Etc.
Experience with a responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including development, and deployment is preferred.
Responsibilities :
Develop the approved design to WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc. (Must be mobile responsive and display well on any browser.)
Page speed optimization.
Applying the meta title & description provided by the SEO specialist.
Skills and Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in front-end development
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS (Optional but good to have)
Experience developing responsive design websites
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages or WordPress site.
Knowledge in using Git
WORK ENVIRONMENT

You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position).
You are willing to work during U.S. business hours (Mountain Time)
