This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Lead Generation Specialists in our Client Development organization.
It will involve coaching and applying product knowledge, project management skills, and innovation in the use of process and technology to service the client base and the development of Lead Generation Specialists.
This position will be responsible for creating, deploying and managing campaigns to generate qualified leads and help increase close ratios.
This position reports to the Director of Client Success. This role is based out of our Makati office.
Position Requirements : Responsibilities :
Hire, train, mentor, lead and develop Lead Generation Specialists
Create ways to generate and maintain customer interest in our software products and services
Provide coaching and training to help your team of Lead Generation Specialists successfully identify sales opportunities for the sales team
Maintain and help improve innovative, scalable processes
Managing the creation of integrated, demand generation campaigns for prospects and customers
Evaluating and altering online strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics
Responsible for team achieving customer and revenue targets
Maintain effective cross-functional relationships (i.e. Client Services, R&D, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure solid client service delivery and client-centric innovation.
Provide training and coaching to Lead Generation Specialists and proactively intervene to insure a great customer experience
Act as line of escalation of client issues
Maintain and evolve metrics and tools to monitor performance of Lead Generation Specialists
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Position Requirements :
3+ years of successful experience in general marketing, online marketing (website maintenance / SEO), internal / external communications, public relations, lead gen, email campaigns and product marketing combined with 3 years’ experience in hands-
on lead generation for a B2B company in the marketing technology industry
Experience in defining world-class lead generation and nurturing programs
3+ years of proven leadership / management experience.
Ability to pass a background check
Willing to work Night Shift

Broad understanding of business, financial systems and organizational decision-making
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to assess and analyze issues / data and develop or implement appropriate plan to resolve
Must possess a client-focused attitude with the ability to act as a client advocate when escalating and resolving issues
Proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to drive the process of resolving client issues
Excellent planning and project management capabilities
Ability to create and give presentations to small and large groups of people
Advanced Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills
Knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to travel up to 15%
