In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of accounts, providing support to clients and helping them use the platform according to their needs.
You will be responsible for :
You have at least 2 years experience within account management or customer success role, ideally within the Internet industry.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are confident with communicate with stakeholders of all levels. You are able to build rapport with clients and establish long-lasting relationships easily.
You show high level of resilience and take initiative in improving one's self and company's procedures and policies.
