Customer Experience Manager

Strategize the right solutions for our customers. And help our Customer Experience team create ways on how to resolve our customer pain points and other challenges.

Are you the one we're looking for?

  • You must love customer experience research You like to analyze data and come up with solutions to address customer pain points.
  • You must be keen on customer experience design You’re very much familiar with Customer Experience approaches and methodologies that are crucial for operations.
  • You were born to provide customer experience solutions You stay up to date with the latest trends in technology to enhance our digital ecosystem and enable business transformation.
  • You’re great at project management You collaborate with different teams in driving key customer experience strategies and executing projects.
  • What you will do

  • Promote customer journey mapping, persona building, and other relevant customer experience methodologies to minimize customer pain points
  • Oversee the Existing Customer Management (ECM) strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Capture and analyze our customers’ key performance indicators (KPIs) to further improve our operational efficiency
  • Come up with relevant solutions to increase product consideration and improve our services
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in influencing the customer experience mindset in the organizatio
  • Whom you’ll work with primarily : Customer Experience Lead
