    Job Description :

    • Create campaign strategies based on clients’ goals, target audience, industry and competition (including forecasting)

    • Researching / analysing target audience and coming up with strategies to pinpoint, engage and convert them into customers

    • Build multi-channel campaigns using industry best practices (using Google Ads, Display, Remarketing, Facebook and Instagram where appropriate)

    • Creating engaging and compelling ads

    • Ongoing campaign monitoring and optimisation to maximise results

    • Provide landing page recommendations

    • Conversion tracking

    • Reporting (using Octoboard)

    Skill Set :

    • 2 to 3 of relevant professional experiences

  • • Strategic and technical experience in creating, managing and optimising campaign strategies using Google Ads (search, display &
  • Shopping), Facebook and Instagram ads, and remarketing

    • Experience with various ad formats, such as Google Shopping and Facebook Lead Ads.

    • Experience with managing both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns

    • Experience working in agencies would be a bonus

    • Have a strong understanding of customer journey (buying cycle)

    • Have an understanding of the purpose different ad formats and channels have

    • Know what ad formats and tactics to use to optimise towards a relevant KPI (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CPL)

    • Have an understanding of conversion optimisation and user experience and how on site experience impacts results

    • Proactive and have initiative

    • Strategic

    • Creative (can create highly appealing ads - design skills, even with Canva would be ideal)

    • Ad copywriting skills

    • Analytical (e.g. be able to explain why a campaign is performing in a certain way and be able to audit, diagnose and resolve issues and boost results proactively)

    • High attention to detail

    • Great communication skills (ability to explain campaign results and provide suggestions in a clear and easy to understand way for business people who aren't technical)

    • Eagerness to learn and develop further skills

    • Ideally have experience with the following platforms :

  • Google Ads (required)
  • Facebook Ads (required)
  • Google Analytics (required)
  • Google Merchant Centre (required)
  • Google Tag Manager (optional but highly regarded)
  • Asana (optional but highly regarded - accounts and tasks will be managed using this)
  • Slack (optional but highly regarded)
  • • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

    • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU Timezone

    • Amenable to start immediately
