Education :

  • College / University graduate.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Ability to use the desktop computer system
  • Typing skills (at least 8000 KPH or 35 WPM)
  • Basic internet skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Soft skills :

  • Above average customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision making skills
  • Efficient time management with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Average knowledge in processing health and / or dental claims
  • Minimum Skills Requirements to Go-live :

  • Completed 2 weeks training including Advance English Communication Training
  • Proficiency in GB Citrix applications and navigation of GB Claims Manual
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple applications within Citrix
  • Good understanding of wok types trained on
  • Ability to use the Avaya telephony system, CAT, and Audit UI
  • Must be meeting the productivity targets at the end of the training period
