At Wavemaker Philippines, we are looking for an individual who loves to learn and knows how to enjoy to fill our opening for a Junior Art Director.

This role reports to the Creative Director

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Familiarize yourself with ways of working, and creative thought process
  • Develop various placements, such as GDN banners and FB ads
  • In six months :

  • Participate in a pitch / IMC proposal
  • Participate in various external and internal training programs
  • In 12 months :

  • Raise proficiency in Adobe After Effects, and further improve existing skillset
  • Produce a video material for any brand / account
  • Responsibilities of the role :

  • You will take briefs from the Accounts team and ensure timely delivery of digital assets
  • You will manage timelines and processes with Creative Team, Insights Team, Media, Red Fuse HK, and Colgate Palmolive Teams
  • What you will need :

  • Highly creative individual with excellent knowledge of typography, visuals, photography, and printing
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns
  • A keen eye for detail
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising
  • With an understanding of the digital media business
  • Preferably from a creative / digital agency
