Job Description

  • Develops, analyzes and recommends procedure changes based on business line processes, policy changes and identified gaps.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with lines of business, risk management and business partners, to ensure compliance with actual processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinates periodic Line of Business (LOB) review of existing procedures
  • Oversees onboarding of procedures to Open Text Content Management System.
  • Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of new procedure content or procedure changes
  • Provides LOB support for questions and research that may be needed.
  • Coordinates production of periodic reports for management.
  • Publishes and communicates procedural content changes
  • Remains current with Wells Fargo brand standards and communication standards

    They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.

    There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

    Market Skills and Certifications

  • 3 years of technical writing, documentation and publication experience.
  • Content Management System knowledge is helpful
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner (verbally and written)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Open Text Content Management platform or other content management systems (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility, and implement change
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with procedures by writing, editing and formatting

  • Tenacity to drive for results
  • Experience with HTML
  • Ability to influence and interface with content owners and editors.
  • Works well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Amenable to working on a fixed night shift schedule of 9PM - 6AM
  • Amenable to working on work from home set up (this is subject to change)
