Primary Functions :
Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications.
Types / encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, forms.
Maintains office reports and other documents.
Reproduces official communications / documents for dissemination to other units / divisions / center & institutions / LGUs.
Keep tracking of documents.
Maintains and updates records of expenditure of the center.
Sorts and index all records pertaining to the different units / centers / institutions.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
