Position : German Technical Support Associate

Industry : BPO / IT Company

Location : Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City

Schedule : Shifting

Work Setup : Temporary work from home setup

Responsibilities :

Identifying hardware and software solutions

Troubleshooting technical issues

Resolving network issues

Installing and configuring hardware and software

Providing timely and accurate customer feedback

Testing and evaluating new technologies

Providing support in the form of procedural documentation

Requirements :

Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course

Fluent in both German and English

At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages

Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Willing to work in any of the following : Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
