Sales Executive (Remote)

Our company is looking for a Sales Executive to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Generate potential leads and their contact details from various channels (e.g. social media, client referrals, events, online, etc.)
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Reach out to prospective customers and present, promote, and sell products effectively through phone, email, and other social media sites
  • Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
  • Keep on top of sales strategies and improve through feedback
  • Generate sales leads with the use of different sourcing methods
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met

Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven solid experience as a Sales Executive
  • Experience in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal and beyond
  • Outbound Sales experience
  • Experience in building a clear sales strategy and hitting sales objectives
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proactive attitude

Technical Requirements:

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 mbps wired connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 mbps

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000 per month*
Depends on Experience and Skills
