The Marketing Associate assists with the planning and execution of marketing activities;
Marketing Strategy Formulation Collaborates with Segment Marketing Manager for the development of the annual segment marketing plan Gathers information from syndicated data, market research, and other internal sales reports, drawing and making business recommendations when appropriate.
Monitors the development in both domestic and global power industry Forecasts, tracks, and analyzes monthly sales. Assists in the preparation for all segment marketing presentations, including business plans and sales meetings.
Marketing Research Gathers information from syndicated data, market research and other reports, drawing and making recommendations when appropriate Works closely with Marketing Intelligence and agencies to Monitor and measure impact of programs, products, services and provide timely reports Draw customer insights from analytics and qualitative analysis from direct customer contact
Product Development Partners with Customer Solutions and Product Development to ensure timely completion of project and documentation of service level standards and processes Recommends developments for new / improved products / extension / VAS based on consumer needs, consumer insights, consumer consumption data and market trends
Program Management Assists in the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns and launching of new products / services.
Manage special initiatives such as on-ground components of event sponsorships with oversight from segment marketing manager Manages day-
to-day coordination with other concerned organizations and suppliers Gathers and coordinates feedback / results from segments, research and media to recommend interventions for improvement or draft post-
analysis of promotional programs
Marketing Communication Manages the creation and coordination of graphic elements for the segment including sales materials and in-
store POS. Draft creative briefs based on consumer / customer research Assist in developing consumer / customer story in collaboration with Segment Sales and overseas the field execution of the marketing plan.
Manages implementation across all media (traditional, out of home, digital, public relations and on-ground activities) Prepares materials for implementation of marketing programs Monitors and files release materials (print, TOA, etc.
Receive and respond to all sales requests concerning products, promotions, research, etc. and provide accurate information to appropriate departments.
Assists in briefing front liners on new programs, products, features, campaigns
Resource Management Tracks advertising and promotions budget Prepares reports Manages third party resources (designers, writers, and other agency personnel)
Graduate of Marketing, Advertising Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related courses. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not required.
At least 2 years’ experience in product management, market research, or any related field.
Demonstrates strong analytical and tool-based financial and technical modelling / simulation skills.
Quick learner and ability to understand business dynamics.
Preferably with in-depth functional exposure / experience in market research and planning function.
Demonstrates strong decision-making skills under pressure. Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
