We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative that can help us support our growing customer base.

Work Days : Monday to Friday

Work Schedule : Morning Shift; 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Work Setup : Hybrid (WFH+Office)

To be a Business Development Representative :

Minimum of 2 years and up of proven work experience in B2B Sales as Business Development Representative or similar role.

Experience in using CRM systems. Zoho CRM experience would be preferred.

Experience of using LinkedIn and other Lead Generation tools is required.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Confident to communicate at all levels including senior management.

In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics and processes.

Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Must be adaptive and resilient.

Must have good Business insight and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines

A team player with the initiative to step up into the leadership responsibilities when the needed.

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative :

Generating and qualifying leads, before handing it over to the Sales team.

Work cohesively with Sales team in finding seeking new business opportunities.

Setup meetings / appointments between prospective client and BDM.

Connecting to company decision makers and sending initial information about Boomering’s Offshoring services through different methods such as LinkedIn, and networking etc.

Doing company research, prospecting, and cold calling, sending email campaigns to potential clients and customers.

Stay up to date to Boomerings service offerings.

Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.

Generate and follow up on proposals / offers to prospects by working closely with the BDMs.
