Description

  • Reports to Business Control & Information Manager or CFO and liase with Senior Business Analysts and Financial Controllers of Regional Office.
  • Regularly collaborates with Global Arcadis Team and Management Accountants of other regions for standardization of reporting and dashboards
  • Creates Dashboard for reporting purposes using Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualization Tool
  • Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required data analytics solution
  • Understand internal clients’ needs and propose appropriate analytical solutions.
  • Serve as a technical liaison effectively working with data and configuration of different tools or applications to meet specific internal client objectives.
  • Carries out report development in OAC DV for business analysis;
  • Works to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards.
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of automated data refresh and loads.
  • Performs such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Experience and proficient with Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud or other Business Intelligence Tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel and Access, but also familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and Visio)
  • Ability to communicate your analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives, including project management.
  • Some experience with Automation using excel, power Query, Power BI, SQL, ETL and data modelling is an advantage
  • Experience and understanding of Operational Excellence methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Process Mapping and Workflow Management is an advantage.
  • Experience of task and project management is preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results driven
  • Ability to prioritize effectively

  • Proactive, a committed team player and can motivate other team members
