Job Responsibilities :
Utilize the software of the company to meet the organization's objectives.
Participate in the process of improvements.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues to Senior level IT analysts when necessary for further analysis.
Responsible for communicating, assisting, and building the trust and loyalty of the Customers by providing effective service.
Manage and prioritize customers issues and setting their expectations appropriately.
Pro-actively participates in team meetings and existing department escalations to contribute solutions or suggestions.
Must be a Degree Holder in any course
Minimum of 2 years Technical Experience or related experience in a software manufacturing environment / shared service center (troubleshooting, level 1 / level2 support, database administrator, support volume tickets, support clients, support resolution, strong technical support)
Technical knowledge of MS-Windows and fundamental relational database concepts (preferably MS-SQL).
MS -SQL, Database Administrator, some sort of accounting background is good to have.
