Assistant Area Sales Manager will play a significant role in achieving the Sales target, revenue and collection from the accounts and maintain a healthy relationship with the sales accounts within the prescribed geography.
Roles & Responsibilities : · 100% achievement of Sales order targets, Revenue and Collection targets· Generating Sales leads via cold calls, tele calling and partners· Product demonstration based on the customer segments· Partner Management· Team Management· Analyse the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.
Capability to analyse the product fit against the customer requirements.· Ready for extensive travelling.· Daily reporting on Sales tools.
Competitor analysis and awareness of competitor progress in-terms of product features and customer acquisition· Market requirement awareness in-terms of Health Authority changes and other generic changes like PhilHealth or taxationMust have : · Experience in preferably HMS / ERP / Software Sales - (2 to 5 yrs)· Have a Consultative Sales Approach, with a Flair of Learning.
History of Achieving sales targets.· Good Communication in English and additional languages communication are preferred· Should have good Demonstration skills· Team Player
