Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage client’s assessment activities and design solution on specific Cyber Security products of Bastion Payment system.
Ensure a clear and detailed set of client requirement.
Manage and facilitate crisis simulation and automated risk and compliance projects using Bastion platform.
Ensure excellent product and service delivery to client.
Manage relationship with product principal and support team to conduct and drive product and service delivery.
Monitor all opportunities and delivery activities using an efficient monitoring system.
Maintain integrity in all account information.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve service quality.
Manage all the Crisis Management Program initiatives and projects of Bastion Payment System.
Maintain accountability and oversight for the end-to-end crisis management process at Bastion Payment System from steady state operations to crisis response to include establishing the framework for response, planning processes, training, tests and exercises, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Executive Management, department heads, and other key internal / external stakeholders to ensure the Crisis Management program is strongly advocated for and supported
Oversee the maintenance and use of all applicable and appropriate technology tools for the Crisis Management Program (e.
g., Planning tool, Emergency Notification tool, coordination and collaboration tools)
Develop thought leadership and maintain understanding of current best practices, trends, and technologies related to cybersecurity, crisis management and compliance.
Provide training programs related to Crisis Management and Compliance for Bastion employees.
Initiate development plan and mentorship program to members of the department.
Engage and participate in all business development initiatives.
Submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Crisis Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Possess at least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have direct experience of 3 years handling teams.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in IT / Computer Cyber Security / Digital Forensic / IT Security, Crisis Management or equivalent.
Must have direct experience in handling cybersecurity monitoring, incident response operations and in writing policies and procedures for cybersecurity operations.
Experience in forensics and international certifications are a plus.
Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms
International exposure and experience a definite plus
Must understand technology and technology products and services
Must have a conversational understanding of current issues and challenges in crisis management, compliance, cyber security and payments
Experience in multinational and / or large corporate(s) preferred, but an entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
Ability to bring in own network will be given extra consideration
Knowledge and experience in operating under ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI or other certified environments a must.
Must have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills.
