Enshored is seeking a Company Nurse who can provide basic healthcare services to the Company's employees. He / She will be responsible for employees' overall health and wellness monitoring and providing general first aid when needed.
Alongside assessing employee health risks and promoting overall wellness, she will also perform other administrative tasks such as the administration and monitoring of Company-provided benefits such as healthcare, life insurance, mental health, and leaves, as well as Government-mandated benefits such as loans and statutory loans.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS Nursing
With work experience in the HR and BPO related field
Good communication skills
Extensive knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel
Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks
Excellent time-management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Attend to medical concerns of employees daily
Evaluate sickness for issuance of medicines
Provide first aid assistance to employees requiring emergency treatment
Review pre-employment medical results
Document medical records with the utmost confidentiality
Prepare requisition of medicines and medical supplies as the need arises.
Act as a contact person for all Health and Benefits Providers together with the Health and Benefits Specialist
Maintain and update a Master List File of all regular employees who are entitled to company medical benefits
Facilitate and assist on hospitalization needs of all regular employees
Facilitate outpatient reimbursement claims
Process and assist employees with their corresponding benefit claims
Assist company physician if any and as needed
Educate employees about health promotion and prevention
Assist Records Controller in receiving pre-employment requirements of new trainees / hires
Assist the Health and Benefits Specialist in the preparation, execution, and continuous improvement of any Health and Wellness initiatives of the Company
Perform other duties as may be required by management from time to time or as the situation dictates.
