Our Customer Support Officers are the front-line support agents triaging incoming support requests via the Felix help desk.
A busy day here at Felix can see individual agents handle up to 30 customer enquiries, while on slow days there's time to tackle documentation.
We're looking for candidates with an aptitude for guiding customers through established processes and a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service.
¢ Responding to inbound customer support tickets across multiple channels.
¢ Logging incoming tickets and responses using the help desk software.
¢ Working within prescribed processes and guidelines to resolve customer requests.
¢ Providing basic account and feature troubleshooting to platform users.
¢ Contributing to customer articles & documentation.
¢ Providing a level of customer care in line with our company and team culture and values
¢ Additional tasks when directed.
¢ Prior experience in an IT based environment.
¢ Ability to work autonomously when performing day-to-day tasks.
¢ Proactive attitude towards learning new systems and skills.
¢ Proficiency in written and spoken English
