We are looking for an HR Services Manager in Eaton’s Corporate Business , based in Tanauan, Batangas
The HR Services Manager- Philippines is responsible for leading a team of HR Services professionals to deliver back-office HR support to Eaton locations in the Philippines.
The HR Services Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day activities to ensure successful delivery of services to our internal clients and contributing to the long-term development of the HR Services organization.
Your Essential Responsibilities
Represents the HR Services team during monthly communications meetings and other formats
Assists with future workforce planning to ensure adequate resources to deliver the services required by internal customers
Looks for ways to continually improve the processes that the HR Services team supports
Acts as supportive leader and coach to a team of professionals to help deliver high levels of service to internal clients
Responsible for delivering the full scope of services to a very diverse and complex internal customer base, including payroll, employee lifecycle, and C&B activities
Responsible for supervising the daily activities and workload of the team, including oversight of the accuracy and timely resolution of all incoming inquiries
Serves as an escalation point for the HR Services team and interacts with various levels and departments within the organization for problem resolution as needed
Trains and leads the team through issue resolution processes, including root cause analysis as well as issue and workload prioritization
Drives and supports the HR Services team to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
Partners with subject matter experts to find resolutions for complex inquiries
Responsible for the performance and professional development of the team through ongoing coaching, annual reviews, and timely project status updates
Partners with management to ensure the consistent delivery of department communications, Standard Operating Procedures, accuracy and prompt resolution of inquiries, and team concerns
Produces statistics, make recommendations, and communicates trends and implications on the HR Services team scheduling and processing to management
Coordinates team meetings including agenda generation and tracking of action items for follow up
Identifies gaps in the team’s knowledge and partners with management to deliver training to produce measurable results
Participates in the selection, training, coaching and development of new and existing team members
Performs quality assurance checks on data to ensure preparation for payroll processing is accurate and timely
Partners with senior HR Services leadership to develop the annual budget, as well as the HR Services expansion strategy
Executes the deployment of new HR Services per the HRS Growth strategy roadmap
Successfully manages the knowledge transfer and other transition activities during the deployment period
If You Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a human resources generalist and / or services role
Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
Extensive working knowledge in the services industry is required
Demonstrated experience successfully working with a culturally diverse client base
Excellent English communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in professional settings
Demonstrated experience managing relations with internal and external stakeholders
High degree of managerial courage and excellent conflict resolution experience is required
