Description To plan and execute operations of multi-functional Technical Services teams supporting Cold Chain Businesses to ensure that business goals are achieved Responsibilities PLANNING & ORGANIZING

  • Align functional team plans to business unit goals and set annual goals for managed teams, establishing key result areas and key performance indicators
  • Plan and drive functional team initiatives that support business unit goals, strategies and initiatives
  • Execute operational plans in line with business unit goals and strategies
  • Support update of operations planning tool monthly and assign goals to respective individuals and teams
  • Create weekly and monthly activity plans to exceed established goals
  • Develop and maintain process management that meet customer needs
  • Ensure workforce management meets business requirements
  • Drive cross-functional team collaboration and best practice sharing
  • Support new service development that address gaps in customer needsANALYZING
  • Assess manpower and work demand gaps
  • Help identify new services or solutions opportunities that address gaps in customer needs
  • Analyze operations performance of functional teams, make recommendations and set action plans to achieve goals and reduce variances from budget
  • Support and Prepare monthly operations reviews to local and remote management team LEADING
  • Manage operations teams to ensure individual and team goals are exceeded
  • Facilitate integration of processes from multiple functions to provide service excellence to internal and external customers
  • Motivate and develop team members to exceed individual and team goals
  • Communicate day-to-day issues and customer requests to operations team as needed
  • Identify and implement best practices when appropriate
  • Cascade communication of organizational and operational changes as needed
  • Provide monthly feedback and coaching to staff
  • Identify training and development needs for people CONTROLLING :
  • Review operations forecast and budget monthly with operations team, functional remote point-of-contact and operations manager
  • Resolve internal and external conflicts as needed
  • Retain staff to reduce unnecessary costs
  • Ensure closure of action plans on customer issues and requests
  • Drive safety standards across the team Requirements
  • Graduate of any four-year business or behavioral discipline course
  • Graduate of any engineering discipline course Engineering or Production Management graduate is an advantage
  • Master’s degree in any specialized field is an advantage
  • With background in business process outsourcing
  • With background in Project Management or Account Management
  • Minimum 10 years of varied professional experience related to operations
  • Proven record of strong leadership skills minimum 5 years, including motivating, leading and developing teams
  • Proven experience in project cycle management
  • Preferably experienced in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR)
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaboration (teams, corporate and upper management)
  • Proven Strong Leadership skills (high-energy and collaborative style)
  • Analytical Skills (ability to read, interpret and act on critical / related data trends)
