Manage the case reassignment process, including generating options for re-assigning case load, interacting with management throughout the decision making process and ensuring recommendations are implemented.
Produce weekly reports on staffing, case reassignment and productivity, providing insight into staffing decisions for the SCS management team.
Ensure integrity and consistency of data. SCS resource movement monitoring, assist with analyzing / recommending the need for a hiring class.
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies :
Graduate degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assimilate a large amount of information and summarize for management creating concise executive highlights and or recommendations.
excellent interpersonal, customer service and relationship skills. Excellent Excel PC (you must be able to use advanced formulas and formatting) Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective team player (position requires a strong, positive relationship with SCS management). Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and establish priorities.
Problems / Challenges :
Accuracy and consistency of data is imperative. Tight deadlines and changing priorities must be able to juggle multiple tasks.
Regular interaction with department heads.
