Candidate must be graduate of 4 year course but preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and / or any Business Related Course 2.

1 - 2 years of leadership function in a service oriented industry 3.

Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met; 4.

People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team 5.

Knowledge in basic store operations with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales and profitability. 6.

Customer oriented with a keen eye to satisfy customer's need and exceed expectation. 7.

Computer literate. 8.

Age limit - 23 - 45 years old.

Fluent in Tagalog / English. 9.

Has take -charge personality. 10.

A team player. 11.With record of lasting with company (not job hopping) 12.

Profit and Loss knowledge.
