This role will report into the Senior Manager, Security Business and Project
Management, and will be provide support of all business operations functions. This role is expected to
have a broad range of administrative skills, with expertise in finance, business processes and project
support being valuable.
The Security Business and Project Management team are responsible for providing support to the
broader ANZ Security practice in the areas of project management and business operations. The
business operations function provides support of the following processes : Procurement, Billing, Project
Administration, Finance Support, and Reporting.
â¢ Provide support for key business functions and processes in support of the ANZ Security team.
â¢ Work closely with the ANZ Security Business and Project Management team.
â¢ Key business processes include billing, procurement, project, finance and reporting.
â¢ Interact with internal DXC processes, process owners, and business stakeholders.
â¢ Work proactively to improve the efficiency of current processes. Key Skills and Qualifications
â¢ Formal qualifications related to business, project and / or finance.
â¢ Experience working within large multi-national organisation. Excellent problem-solving skills.
â¢ Excellent English language capability.
â¢ Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills.
â¢ Excellent interpersonal skills.
â¢ Significant experience with office tools such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
