Requirements :
Preferably Native Spanish Speaker
BPO experience is a plus
Customer Service background is an advantage
Proficient in both Spanish and English language
Experience in processing orders is a plus
Experience working with SAP (focus on order to cash transactions)
Experience working with SFDC
Experience with customer service and relationship in order process
Preference to have native Spanish
