You will be responsible for measuring risks that the Bank may face in the course of its operations, developing corporate risk management policies and ensuring that risks remain within the limits in which the Bank prefers strategically.

You will also support the Group CRO with the Board and executing their mandates. You will oversee the company secretarial function for the risk group.

You should have lots of experience in a similar role with an inte ational bank. You must have banking knowledge specifically in corporate and / or wholesale banking.

You should be able to demonstrate experience liasing with group heads, Legal, IT, HR, etc within the bank as well as exte al auditors, rating agencies, exte al vendors, Central Bank and consultants.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Management, Banking or Finance, with more than 15 years’ experience, preferably with certification and or advanced courses in compliance and corporate gove ance.

  • At least 10 years of business experience in Corporate Gove ance, focusing on tasks related to Boards and executive level committees, including advisory and consultative work;
