The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactive relationship building with Customers and Agents. This position coordinates, executes, and manages inbound and outbound call programs built to effectively retain customers through positive relationship building, listening to concerns / addressing issues, and educating on available products and services.
A customer-oriented focus is necessary to preserve long term customer satisfaction.
As Customer Acquisition Specialist you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
â¢Identify the reason of the customer who is requesting to cancel their account
â¢Trading customers up to new agreements
â¢Negotiating pay-out, discounts, trade up figures
â¢Handle customerâs inquiries on the phone in a timely and professional manner as required by departmental policies and procedures
â¢Professionally negotiate potential upgrade as outlines in product scripting
â¢Accurately identify potential customer escalations, resolve where possible, and communicate to management team
â¢Effectively navigate all systems to provide a great customer experience, identify customerâs activities and eligibility to the retention offers.
â¢Proactively engage in the identification of potential workflow changes and or barriers to performance
