You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world : a smoke-free world. Your day to day’As a Maintenance Lead, you will execute and lead processes for eliminating losses related to maintenance and breakdowns at the lowest cost as well as building capability in the team to support in delivering business results of the assigned line(s) and fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies.
You will act as the line(s) owner of (a) Breakdown elimination, and (b) Maintenance planning, scheduling Daily Management Systems (DMS) and you will also be expected to be the technical expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting.
A majority of the individual’s time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in respected area.
Who we’re looking forYou have at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related courses).
You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company (supervisory experience is a plus).
You are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required.
